Decent night run to close out the week. Stomach was pretty bad but bearable until I got home. This week helped charge the batteries despite being my lowest since the end of cross. Was getting quite tired mentally and physically but I feel I am ready to continue progressing aerobically. The line between doing not enough and too much is quite thin and it will be important to respect that as I can't afford a plethora of setbacks this year. Time management will be very important this coming semester as I hope to get in the habit of doing doubles early on and carrying it through the season. My goals are big, but definitely within reach.
