Very good run. Cool and drizzly so heat was a non factor but awful bugs. Felt in control and relaxed the entire way and picked it up a little but not much at the end. Churchill, OF, OE, and prescott so got a good variety of terrain in today. Now that I'm starting to accumulate a small base, it is pivotal for me to remain consistent and relaxed in training. If I can keep that going throughout freshman year and college as a whole, I know I'll see steady improvement.
