Slightly faster MLR than what I'd been doing the past few weeks, as I readjusted my training paces based on McMillan's "prediction" of a 3:03:xx marathon (MP + 20% is now 8:24, MP + 10% is now 7:42). Cooler temps (73 degrees), overcast, and humid (DP = 70). AHR 153, which I'll gladly accept.
