T75; H52; DP48; W18sse: I had planned to run 7 miles today, but my legs were all "gumby-like" by the end of 5 miles. I walked and trotted the 2 miles home. I had a "DUUHHH" moment on the walk back. If I'm going to try to run two days in a row, perhaps I should do the longest run on the first day, and the shorter run on the second day. This is the warmest temperature for a run so far, so I'm guessing that's why my time was so much slower than yesterday, and why my legs were so weak.
