Notes
T55; H67; DP45: No Wind: I actually ran 10.2 miles. I turned off garmin when my friend Kathy stopped to talk. I forgot to turn it on again for approximately 1.3 miles. I didn't get the "wooden-leg" syndrome during my run, but it wasn't that long of a run. So I don't know if it would have happened on a longer run. However, my calves were very tight by the end of the run. I noticed them tightening some time after I realized my garmin was off. I may have been miffed enough about the garmin being off, that I wasn't paying attention to my form. Many things can go wrong when I'm not paying attention to my form.
--After checking out the garmin ahead site, (player portion) it looks more like I lost at least 1.5 miles--maybe a tad more.
