I just did an easy 2 mile run since I haven't run in quite a while. As usual when first starting out, my legs were in better shape than my lungs. It'll take a while to get back into it. Unfortunately, I forgot to change the Garmin from bike to run before I left the house, and couldn't figure out how to do it without the manual. It's probably just as well. I don't really want to know how slowly I was "running". It has been raining and cold for more than 3 weeks. I couldn't wait to get back out.
