T66; H32; W19: I walked/ran 3 miles. In the first mile, I didn't turn off the Garmin when I walked. I figured that my pace would be dismal, and it was. In the next 2 miles, I did turn off the Garmin when I walked. It'll take a while to get my breathing back in line. My calves felt tight in the first half mile. I had to remind myself of correct leg form, and they loosened up. Since my pace would be slow anyway, I focused on form. It's been at least 4 months or more, since I've "run" 3 miles.
