T74; H38; DP46: I wanted to get out earlier while it was cooler--It didn't happen. So, I could only eek out 3 miles. There is absolutely no shade at this hour. I've just got to start getting to bed earlier, so I can get up earlier. Going to bed at midnight doesn't give me the energy to get up at 5 or 6. I just turn off the alarm, and go back to bed. Got to get to bed earlier.
The run was ok. I wanted to concentrate on running form today. I wasn't concerned with time, at all. I just kept focusing on the various body parts, and whether I was doing it correctly. That's probably why I felt ok, with nothing hurting.
