T66; H73; DP55: I thought I'd work on speed today; But my second mile (the hilly one) wasn't very fast. I should have gone a slightly different direction, to avoid the hills. Since I was already running out of breath by the end of mile 2, I decided to nix the 4th mile I was planning on running today. I felt "heavy" today--like there was more gravity pulling me into the ground. Strange.
