T75; H65; DP63; W16nw: Stiff legs--especially calves. I thought of cutting run even shorter to 2 miles, but kept going, hoping to loosen up. Since my legs were stiff, I focused on form, and trying to loosen my ankles and knees. I ran without music again. Even though I kept it an easy run, it was still faster than usual. Running without music is boring. The run feels longer.
