T68: Just a quick 3 mile loop to keep my leg muscles warmed and my knees lubed. I'm not doing any more workouts before Sunday. I have a bit of a cold, and feel a bit stiff all over. I have stuffed sinuses. It doesn't bode well for breathing while swimming, etc. I can only do what I can do.
