T 69: I wanted to run 2 min. fast and 2 min. slow--sort of the Hadd system without walking. I thought I set the garmin for that, but it never buzzed at intervals--in fact, it never buzzed at all. So I just did a straight run. My legs were ok; But, again, my breathing was labored. I'm wondering what it will take to have better breathing control. I do deep breathing when I run. It helps somewhat; But I am still out of breath while running. I had planned on a 5-mile run, but could only handle 4 miles. What a wimp.
