Notes
There was an off and on light rain and mist today. Since it wasn't pouring rain, I thought I should try running while it was raining.
I wanted to push the speed a bit for the 6 miles. My legs felt good today, but I was out of breath. I can't figure that out. I've run this distance almost as fast without being out of breath. I'm pushing the speed to develop stamina. I'm not sure it's happening--at least not yet.
