Within a block I could tell that this would not be a good run. I had "wooden-leg syndrome" almost immediately. My IT band was so tight I could hardly run. I haven't been rolling it on the corrugated, styrofoam torture roller lately. I guess it's time to start again. I walked home, not wanting to inflame it any more than it already was.
I thought of not bothering to enter this run; But I think it's better to keep track of the IT band problem, as well as the knee problem.
