T68; H46; DP46; W3sw: I worked on lung power today. I started out faster than my usual warm up mile, then ran the 2nd mile a bit faster, and my last mile as fast as I could, give my deminished aerobic ability. I thought my average would be faster than it is. That shows how slow I've gotten, and how much lung power I've lost. I hope I can gain enough by the end of the month to finish the marathon in Berlin.
