Since I was planning to run only 3 miles, I pushed the speed a little. I'm not sure if the info here is acurate, as the garmin kept cutting out. I lost about 1/4 mile on it during the second mile. It looks like it might have picked it up later. The route on the garmin connect site looks really crazy--in places off by more than a block.
My knee felt ok, the IT band not too bad. I look forward to having it massaged out tomorrow. If my breathing was better, my legs could have gone faster today--but my legs were doing better than my lungs.
