T66; H34; DP41; W21ssw, gusting to 32: I did one last long run just to boost my confidence that my legs and lungs are ready. I could have run the last 5 miles to make a full marathon if I had to---But I'm sooo glad I didn't have to. I won't run the 10 mile run I'm suppose to do on Saturday. I'll opt for 7 miles of hills, instead. From now on I'll work on speed.

Something I ate yesterday didn't agree with me, so I had to make 2 emergency pit stops. Therefore these numbers are not necessarily correct, because my legs had 2 rests for a couple of minutes each time, and I stopped the timer. I'll have to be very careful what I eat before a long run.

The wind was gusting so strong that sometimes it was difficult not only to breathe, but to move. It seemed I was always running into the wind while I was running up hill. I didn't run large hills today, but there are a lot of low rolling hills on this course. I hope Berlin is flatter.
