T54; H38; DP30; W15nnw: This was perfect running weather--except for the wind. For 1/2 the run I was running into the wind. The only reason it was a bother is that it made breathing difficult. I ran easy sloping and higher sloping hills today, and ran them at a bit faster pace. I felt really good. My breathing was so much better. My knees felt good---but they should, as I received injections yesterday.
I practiced "snot rocketing" for the first time today. This morning I received an e-mail from Runners's World on the etiquette and form of this practice. It was nice to have a lesson fist. Well, it did seem helpful, and I breathed much easier afterwards. I still had a handkercheif along for residue-- TMI :)
