T77; H44: DP54; W11w: Took my knees out for a slow, easy spin to see how they would work. Not too bad--as long as I follow the body forms exactly. If I don't pay strict attention to what I'm doing, if my mind wanders and I'm not landing my feet correctly, or ankles and knees are soft and loose enough, I feel pain immediately. So, I've go to pay attention. The tightness in my calf seemed to be joined by tightness in my thigh. I remember the doc telling me once, that sometimes the muscles will work in concert to protect the bad knee. Maybe that's why their tightening up now.
