Notes

Did 5:00 min warm up, 2 sets of 7x2:30 hard, then I did 1 length kick in the 2 min rest in between sets (that failed) and a 8 length cool down. 30 secs easy water running in between each hard swim. Cardio wise I felt good but my muscles felt sore. Kept good form though.
