Tested out my hamstring by running a few minutes on the treadmill. Definitely much better than Wednesday, but some mild niggling still in there. Then jumped on the stationary bike or a couple of minutes, but was uninspired so I decided to take it as another easy / off day and jump into a cycling workout tomorrow.
