ran the east side and most all of the 12 miler except maybe 3/4 mile and the O trail. felt pretty good, cardio was great heart rate was faily low but legs were a bit heavy. max HR was 203 but only a peak in the first 1/2 mile so I didn't count it.... garmen read 6.92 which I know was off as I was checking against the maps while i was running
