ran at easier pace (about the predicted race pace for the 4th) and figured i would stop or slow down more i got fatigued or had leg issues.
left calf started getting tight and felt a cramp coming so i stopped at 2.3 and decided to walk the rest and flush the lactate out while not pushing the cramp to cause ham soreness.
