pretty cold start but was dressed about perfect
brought everything to mirror the proper fluid and food intake assuming i would feel and perform better.
Didn't happen as I felt pretty tired after about 5 miles.
original plan was to do the 15 mile loop then add on a few extra miles.
Aborted the connector loop and just finished out at about 9-9.5 miles and went home.
There was no sense in pushing past tired only one week before the 50K, it would only hurt my race
