Amazing, first 10 km in more than 6 months :-) And it was really cold, but I felt great out there! wore the long sleeves and it was fine. probably because no wind. good thing I didnt go watch megan, although it was at olympic so would have got some sort of warmth I guess! anyway the knee gave me no trouble, and is not too stiff, if at all right now, no run tomorrow though! hope Megan has a good game, she is a bit worried about the standard in A grade, but I reckon she goes well. Weather web sith had this..5.5 temp 4.8 dew point, 3.4 feels like! crazy!!
