ok had to try the old run. Hmm runkeeper gave me 5.8 for that must check the map. knee felt fine in running, maybe a bit stiff afterwards. Windy, mainly in the face on the way back but mostly behind in westerly bits. sunny and cool ideal aside from a bit windy for running.
