wow big day in the city with jb, easty, craig, adsky, later glen martin and wilko. Good fun but drank a lot, and tired today. we went and visited ben at haberfield for the last time which was sad but good! felt a lot better this afternoon, and the run was much better than yesterday for some reason. no bonk!!
