Hot day got up to nearly 29 so I got lazy at lunchtime, then megan picked me up as she had borrowed my car, got home all together eventually, but megan has a sore neck and decied not to run, had an ibuprofen and did some school work and watched tv. I went out easy and maintained that, had a sore upper left hammy, well tight really probably from sitting at my desk working on a couple of installs that werent going right. got it sorted now happily..this run I went down the bush track for a change, never know what to call that direction but whatever not the new concrete path. felt pretty good otherwise.
