Windy thought Id go the high school at the last minute, took it easy. seems like the wind was in my face for the majority of the run except up the last hill at least. sunny, coolish still, hammy from last night was quite good. no achilles issue I noticed, knee ok too. after I have to say feeling the knee just a LITTLE bit last night, after the run, and after sitting around doing some work afterwards..hmm still did just do the biggest run of my life 5 or 6 days ago. :-)
