Megan picked up Hayley and the girls went to Miranda Fair, I went for the run while Megan went to pilates. all got home withing about 15 minutes of each other :-) lucky the girls all got home just as I was warming down so I didnt have to jump the fence! went easy, the hammy began to play up a bit towards the middle, and a slight twinge in the left achilles especially up coachwood on the last lap...but the knee felt good. quite tired now after dinner and two beers. Milos back is better though, and Matt bought him some bones, and I got him some schmakos!! poor little guy!
