Notes
So after chasing Milo in the backroom yesterday morning I had a sore left hammy, took the day off running as a result. had a nice bbq and we moved some earth from the front yard and dug some turf out of the hole so we can dump the soil left over from the load for the vegie garden. anyway today was a nice day, sunny but cool had to get out. went easy feeling out the leg, and it was a bit of an issue going down hill, and also the right one got a bit weird at the back just above the knee early , but both settled down, and the knee did not bother me at all. Had a twinge or two later on with the bloody achilles which seems to be coming back a bit. oh well, on balance a good run, went under 4.30 for the last 2.42 ks not really pushing it. then finished megans work of moving the rest of the dirt in. Oh and poor milo yelped when he jumped up to greet me after the run, poor little guy has tweaked his back too..megan gave him some doggy painkillers and hes happier now, hope hes ok tomorrow..
