First day back at work, not too stressful, but still, bleh! Megan back too. Milo got to stay with Sammy at least. Tomorrow Hayley off to her new school, hope it all goes well. The run felt ok, I thought about going only 10 but what the hell, at the point of decision I just went for 12! Legs pretty tired, concentrated on easy pace and kept to it pretty well, just a little faster at the back end. listened to marathon talk podcast. Hmm 853km on my second pair of mizunos, have a new pair on the way though hopefully be delivered this week :-)
