First really hot one for the year, did a lap of coachwood with megan, getting started with her program I reckon, home for a stretch and out again. following from the sus club trivia 2nd place, with glen, steve, rod, frank cufer, wilko, jb and mick glens fire brigade mate. good night, subsequently a bit of a struggle tonight, although i felt quite good during the day maybe a bit dehydrated. anyway went out with some vigour, felt pretty flat on the way back. also not used to the hills any more, been doing the block almost exclusively for a month or so...not a bad time really. ps did 20 pushups, megan did 25 :-)
