Had a day off yesterday all partied out after indian with megan on friday night and dinner with neill and louise on saturday night, hockey on saturday, travel things etc etc. So today a flexi day, and i did a few bank things and got a birthday present for sammy so treated self with 10k run. went well, felt good all the way round, and not that tired at the end so wow the fitness is still there..
