that run felt like a joke today..had no idea what I was going to do when I went out...four days in a row plus hockey so thought hey this may be brutally hard.....but I felt unreal..dont know if its the temp was down today to 20 or something...good time of day or what? But I will take it...did another .5 to cool down....good times had by all...5 miler for my 5th Wedding Anniversary i guess...who knew...
