A warm, muggy morning. Odd for this early in April.
Took a mile to loosen up...in fact I felt quite tight through mile 1. I stopped and stretched and that helped A LOT.
Then began working on the plan for Urbana...running at a 9:12 or better pace on run segments. It went verywell for the rest of therun. Garmin says once I got in the groove, it went well.
Legs felt great for last three miles. Felt virtually noting in R Hammy. L knee was perfect. Legs had some life to them. Very cool and encouraging.
