Jenn, I'm not expecting you to comment, just using the site to document activity. No warm up, First run after Fargo full. Short recovery run - warm up mi. at 9:28, then 3.45 mi. (9:22, 8:58, 9:09; 8:49). Very relaxed laid back restful run. Beautiful day - 43 degrees and full sun. What and awesome feeling. I love it! Will probably run the same tomorrow and then durning the week start to pick up the pace and the mileage a bit and basically follow my coach's suggestions for conditioning for the Manitoba half on June 15. Looking forward to this run. Likely won't push it - treat it more as a conditioning run, but wouldn't mind PRg it at 1:50:00 (last year was 1:51:10).

Great job! I bet it feels so good to start running again!! I don't think you will have any trouble with a PR in Manitoba:)
