Notes

Strength ride today, which meant pretty much a full ride of strong resistance...the kind that makes your cadence slow down to 60rpms or less even when you are working HARD. Felt strong though and worked up a good sweat. Sleep last night was spotty, me and the girls are all coming down with a cold and my throat was killing me. Cam ended up in our bed and B had to get up at 4 to take company to the airport. Glad I fought the temptation to stay in bed!
