Ran this run after the Leonia bbq. Got to meet the rest of the club there. Met a guy who runs 1:45 for 800 and qualified for Olympic trials and a 40 year old mother who ran a 2:30 marathon. Serious shit. Hung out for a few hours before heading back home and getting a quick 4 mile run in. Legs felt off, but otherwise, this run went by quickly.
