Notes
Windy and hot. I was NOT feeling this run today. Yesterday's run started off so easy and care fee. Today it was almost painful to get going. The wind did not help either. Legs are feeling tired and dead.
I know this run was difficult, but it's done with now. I'm looking forward to tomorrow the weather is supposed to cool down a little, maybe even some RAIN!
