Did 30 min warm-up then a ~30 minute "tempo" where my HR was in low 160s, and I was cruising at 24-25 mph. 5 mile cool down.

Heel is still acting up. Tried going for a little walk yesterday and it got quite sore and swollen. Rested last night and got up early for this ride. Iced heel after.
