Specialized Allez Road Bike
Good bike ride past Grafton. Kept it easy. 158 average on the way out, 159 average on the way back. Really hammered the hill on the way back and my heart rate skyrocketed quickly to 189. Crazy. Tomorrow I'm thinking about doing a tempo ride.
