Good pool running at the rec. 30 minutes easy warm up, then 7x3 minutes on, 1 minute off. Really worked hard to try to get up to threshold heart rate. Not sure if I did. Hopefully a good workout though. Really crushed core/hip/glute work later on. Working very hard on this cross training. States is in less than nine weeks! Dreaming of making an epic comeback and winning...
