Notes

Hard solo spin after a heavy lift. Used Aedan's trainer. That thing is also hard. Was originally going for 85 minutes to get 12 hours for the week, but I was really tired after 45 minutes and I was wondering if my math was right anyways. I wanted to hit 70 hours in the past six weeks. I might have, I'm not sure. My quads are tired. I did a couple sections at VO2 max, but I couldn't generate the power to maintain the high heart rate after a few intervals. And I was riding on lower threshold for most of the rests, so it makes sense I was tired. His trainer is like the bike I rode yesterday, harder to pedal. So it feels like being outside and is harder to recover from.
