Notes

HARD pool run right after getting back to school. Went hard for a few minute but wasn't feeling anything (I was absolutely jacked on caffeine) so then started a workout with some strides and sprints. Did a 5 minute segment at around max, but was really tired and took it easy for a bit. But soon I was hammering threshold and throwing in some strides and sprints without resting. That made this workout brutal, it was like a speed endurance session on the track. I think this is really what I need to get fit in the pool. Probably the hardest workout I've done in the pool. Barely even a cool down. Averaged 4.8 mph (record) which is obviously wrong but telling about how hard I was going.
