Up past midnight last night, tired after the tempo/hill, and almost didn't run. Was going to sleep in and run in the heat later. Dog started barking at 6am so I just got up and did it. Had a gel, half a banana before then a gel every 30 min on the run and 5 water stops. Pretty warm out even in the morning, but glad I got it done.
