Notes
This is the best 3-mile tempo run I have done in a long time. Felt pretty darn good. That 5th half mile came out pretty good, and even though the 6th one fell off a bit, I am very happy with the run on the whole. I feel like my speed and fitness may finally be turning a corner just in time. We will see.
