Notes
Really more of a long-end-hard run, but not quite long enough for that, but it was one continuous effort -- just hit the gas when I hit the 9-mile mark. 9 miles semi-easy, followed by this part at tempo pace. Felt really good this morning. Really good. Weight was up as apparently I have retained over 3 pounds of water and food mass the last 48 hours. Need to eat smart the next several days.
