Notes
While I'd been taking it easy since Sehgahunda, I was getting a little bit of an itch to do some real running. I plotted out the 18 week 70 mile per week Pfitzinger plan & was happy to see a 10 miler for Tuesday - since I took Sunday off & have a chore to help a friend with, I shifted it to today.
My legs definitely felt like they were beat on, but aerobically, I was fine. I slowed on the last mile quite a bit, but overall am pleasantly surprised & look to picking it up. My left achilles did get a little tight.
