Beautiful day - first warm one in ages. My legs were beat from the hills at the ridge yesterday & my calves a little stiff as well, but I knew I'd be mad at myself if I skipped the run. I meant to take it really easy, but went a little faster than I would have liked.
I'd thought about just doing 4, but there was a bunch of people on their porch just before the turn-around, so I went for 5 & there were two guys at that turn around. I turned around just past them anyways. Came back good & sweaty - been a while...
